ISO/TS 16949 TRAINING (UNDERSTANDING & INTERNAL AUDIT)

Pernah dengar x ISO/TS 16949? I am not sure la today's education macam mana, but, during my time, was like 3 years ago, belajar di UKM la kan, my lecturer never mention about this standard. Usually, kita dengar ISO 9001 dan belajar pasal tu. Aku sendiri pun xigt dah pasal ni.

Suddenly, when working, diperkenalkan dengan ISO/TS 16949 ni. Apa benda ni, haram jadah xtaw. Seriously, mmg something new, sampai I thought, this is a new standard. Aku tahu pasal standard ni pun sebab selalu involve dengan customer audit kt company. So, tahu la sedikit sebanyak berkenaan standard ni. 

Standard ISO/TS 16949 ni digunakan untuk kilang yang mengeluarkan apa sahaja barang/parts/ atau elemen-elemen yan berkaitan dengan automotif. Kilang tersebut perlulah memenuhi all the requirements needed to be certified with ISO/TS 16949. Standard ni, bukan sahaja merangkumi quality of a products atau environment, malah meliputi keseluruhan proses pengeluaran sesuatu produk. 

Jadi, sebab dah setahun kerja, aku dimasukkan ke dalam trainig ISO/TS 16949 ni, pada 8 & 9 Jun 2015. So, makin paham la dengan standard ni. Kalau dulu, salu je tengok checksheet audit customer dan fikir, apa kena mengena suma soklan2 dy tu. I mean, napa la tanya soklan camtu. Contoh:

1. Is there any method defined in your company to select a supplier?

2. How are you judging the competency of your supplier?

3. Are incoming inspection were done at your company? Please verify.

Lebih kurang gitu la soklan audit. Tp, as junior dan pekerja baru, I was follows my senior instruction la. Kalau kena NCR, buatlah corrective & preventive action after audit tu.

So, back to the training, after training, so, aku nampaklah dy punye link tu dengan soklan2 audit yang pernah aku jawab dulu. So, that makes sense la kan. 

Mostly, ISO/TS 16949 ni merangkumi all the procedure that was used by big companies. Contohnya, control documents and records, how, why dll. Lepas tu, quality control, environment control, labour competency control, recruitment, machine control, purchase control, management control dan lain-lain. Banyak la jugak dy punye cover tu. 

Tapi seriously, susah la nak jadi auditor ni. Kena tahu suma pasal clause2 dalam standard. Tiba-tiba rasa macam belajar business law pulak dulu. Habis sume clause kene igt. Xsuka.. xsuka.. But, overall, it's good la sebab, I learnt, dan bole la kenal2 orang production. Kalau x, tercongok kat bahagian purchasing tu je la. Depan komputer, pastu mula la mata kuyu.
